At Foxxtech Ltd, your satisfaction is important to us. However, as a dropshipping business, we operate a streamlined and eco-conscious returns process to keep prices competitive and reduce environmental impact. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals (if applicable).
  • A clear photo or video of the item showing the issue is required for our team to review.

🔁 Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect selection (e.g., wrong colour or model)
  • Items marked as non-returnable or clearance

Please double-check your order details before confirming payment.


💸 Return Costs & Process

  • Returns are only approved after inspection of evidence (photo/video).
  • In most cases, we offer partial refunds, store credit, or replacements without requiring a return, helping you avoid return shipping costs.
  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the fault lies with us.
  • We will provide the return address and instructions if a physical return is necessary.

🔄 Replacements & Refunds

  • If your claim is valid, we will either:
    • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
    • Issue a refund or store credit (at our discretion).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, personal items (e.g., earphones), hygiene-sensitive items, and custom/personalised orders are non-returnable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return.
